Sometimes you need flavour without heat!  These yellow mustard seeds are grounded and have a mild, pungent flavour.  Ground Dry Mustard is an excellent flavour boost in Macaroni and Cheese, Devilled Eggs, Meatloaf, and Potato or Pasta Salad.  Ground Dry Mustard is an ingredient in many dry spice rubs for barbecued meat and is excellent in a vinaigrette with fresh herbs for asparagus or French green beans.
